The sweet smell of....

I wonder why my back porch smells like apples.........

These are off one of our trees at home......an old Gravenstein tree. This year instead of eating or stewing or giving them away or letting Lister eat them (yes our dog loves eating apples!), Russell has decided to experiment and make some cider. I will let you know how that turns out......hic!

Apple cider OMG Love it!! Drinking apple cider and stitching what else could you want? I am also loving the pear ciders. Maybe if the cider works for Russell he could give up the cows!! Read the other day that 42 new varieties of cider where produced last year."Gum Valley Cider" has a ring to it!!
