I can only imagine your excitement at seeing the original. I'm going in two weeks and can't wait to see this quilt.

I enjoyed every quilt at the Gallery - such a privilege to have seen them! Prudence's quilt was truly amazing to see close up - such small hexagons and so neatly stitched! I loved the colours and fabrics she used too. Very exciting for you:)


Wow Linda, such a special day for you and Russell. How much easier it would have been if you could of saw the original quilt back when you were making it, I remember the magnifier glass you were using to look at those photos in the book. I can't wait to see it myself.
