As many of you know I have quite a good stock of bag handles and purse frames in the Shop. I order them in bulk from a supplier in China and while language can be a barrier.....and very frustrating at times, they are eager to please and build good customer relations. Everything usually turns out for the best in the end, even if it is a drawn out process. I recently received a new shipment of handles and frames and was eager to draft up some new patterns. The Red Strawberry style handles are back in stock.......the ones I used for my Selvedge Bucket....
and I also ordered some pink ones. I made up this basket.......Georgia's Basket...... using just one of the Pink Strawberry handles and some pretty floral fabric.
Also in the delivery were some new 16cm purse frames with handles. I have teamed them up with some of the beautiful Outback Wife fabric that arrived back in January. I am yet to make my dress and coat from the fabric but at least I have made something! First I made a bag from the beautiful Black floral.......and then, because I love green, I had to make the green print into a bag. The pattern is available for $14 and comes with one purse frame.
All of these patterns, frames and handles, along with much more bag hardware will be at AQC this week.
